I did my house in Puncak Alam grilles, awning, partition, cement, aircond installation, aircond purchase and wiring with Miqdad Kontraktor. From start to end it's good customer service from start to end. Technical knowledge and recommendations are very good for first time house owner with many design choices. Very punctual and on time fabrication and installation. Very trustworthy, honest and hardworking team of workers especially Mohd who guided me through every part of the process.

first time didnt bring along the gas so appointment cancel.
second time, tell the sensor damage so outdoor auto cutoff so need to replace the sensor. also tell me the internal coil leakage need to replace cost around rm400 and need refill the gas. after they replaced the sensor and fill in the gas then tell me everything ok then ask for payment. but i notice the outdoor still cutoff so i call them immediately. they just tell me will check with his technician and revert back. i wait for fews days also didnt call me back. i call them again. they just ask me to wait wait wait... very disappointed on this kind of service.

Dari segi masa: datang on time dan buat laju pasang 2 aircond 3jam je

Harga: memang murah sangat tak perlu nego2 lagi dah

Cuma bab harga kena dealing dengan owner or admin. Admin cakap free backet tapi pekerja cakap bracket dan charge RM30, 1copper extra persqft RM16 tapi pekerja charge RM18.
